無碳復(fù)寫紙翹曲度測定法GB 16 7 97 一 1 99 7

A1 適用范圍

本標(biāo) 準(zhǔn) 規(guī) 定了無碳復(fù)寫紙翹曲的測定法，即規(guī)定了放在平整表面上的無碳復(fù)寫紙紙樣翹曲程度的

測量方法。

A2 定義

翹曲度：在規(guī)定的濕度和溫度條件下，將無碳復(fù)寫紙試樣放在一個平整的表面上，經(jīng)規(guī)定曝露時間

后，紙的邊緣距平整表面的高度。

A3 儀器

刻度尺：150m m的尺子，至1m m,零刻度必須在尺子的邊緣，以便刻度尺能以正直角豎立于

平坦的置放面上。

A4 試樣采取和準(zhǔn)備

A4.1 按GB 450和GB 10739的規(guī)定進行試樣采取和測定．

A4.2 紙面應(yīng)平整，不應(yīng)有皺紋和褶子，避免陽光直射。

A5 試驗步驟

沿試樣的橫向等距切取100m mX 1 00m m試樣6張，標(biāo)出試樣的縱向和使用時正面及層別（CB,

CFB和CF），在（25士3）%r.h．環(huán)境下放置2h以上，然后移入規(guī)定的濕度環(huán)境（50士2）oor.h.，三張正

面朝下，另外三張正面朝下，曝露2h，用刻度尺垂直接觸平整面，測量紙翹離平面高度。

A6 試驗結(jié)果評定

試樣翹曲的程度評定如下：

微翹曲：試樣任一處或邊、角上翹高度小于等于5m m;

中等翹曲：試樣任一處或邊、角上翹高度為大于5m m小于等于10m m;

重翹曲：試樣任一處或邊、角上翹高度為大于10m m小于等于20m m;

嚴(yán)重翹曲：試樣任一處或邊、角上翹高度大于20m m,

A7 結(jié)果報告

報告出每組試樣翹離平面高度的zui大值，如果一個試樣若干次試驗的差別很大，可進行重復(fù)試驗．

并以95寫置信區(qū)間報告試驗結(jié)果。
